I qualified from the SMAE Institute in Maidenhead (Founded in 1919) in Dec 2017

I am a member of the British Association of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP) and of the Open College of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP) Registration number 16080201 and is bound by the Code of Ethic and rules of the Association.

I am on the Register for Foot Health Professionals number s295457

I am registered with the Information Commissioning Office and fully GDPR compliant.

Foot Health is important throughout your lifetime. As you age or due to health problems it becomes increasingly difficult to reach those all important feet to cut nails properly, address any hard skin or check for any injuries or infections.

Diabetes may affect your feet in a number of ways and in some cases can lead to serious complications. Diabetes is a metabolic disorder in which the body cannot properly use sugars and starches from the diet due to the pancreas not producing enough insulin or the body being unable to use the insulin.

General Footcare Advice

COVID-19 GENERAL FOOTCARE ADVICE Your feet will remain in a better condition if you have a regular foot routine. This includes; Cutting (if able to do so safely) otherwise us a nail file to file the ends of your nails.

As you age or due to health problems it becomes increasingly difficult to reach those all-important feet to cut nails properly, address any hard skin, or check for any injuries or infections.

The Diabetic foot is at high risk of infection and requires regular attention to ensure they keep in good condition.

Appointments include taking a full medical history, assessment, and advice, treatment, and application of the cream.  Referral to another health professional if necessary.

Appointments are available in the comfort of your own home, workplace, or at my clinic.
