GENERAL FOOTCARE ADVICE


Your feet will remain in a better condition if you have a regular foot routine.

This includes;


Cutting (if able to do so safely) otherwise us a nail file to file the ends of your nails.


Ensure you dry in between your toes after bathing or a shower, use talc sparingly and moisturise your feet but not in between your toes.


Check in between toes for any signs of athlete’s foot – use Lamisil spray or cream to treat if necessary.


If you are diabetic check your feet daily for any signs of injury including checking your heels for cracks.


Keep mobile if you can or do chair exercises to keep your blood circulating – this will help with reducing swollen legs.
